GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION:

As each product is meticulously handcrafted, we need to ensure both quality and aesthetics before shipping. Once shipped, an email notification will be sent. Please check your inbox for updates.

 

NORTH AMERICAN SHIPPING INFORMATION:

United States:

  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time after shipping is 7-12 days.
  • For orders shipping to the US, shipping fees are waived in full for orders totaling $59 USD or more. Orders under $59 USD will incur a $10 USD shipping charge according the actual situation.
  • Current product prices include applicable statutory VAT rates and duties. There will be no additional charges upon delivery (subject to adjustments based on actual relevant policies).
  • Please note: We currently do not ship to the following US regions: Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, Hawaii, Pipeline, Alaska, and APO/FPO military addresses.

 

EUROPEAN SHIPPING INFORMATION:

European Union:

  • Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days.
  • Estimated delivery time after shipping is 8-10 days.
  • For orders shipping to Germany, France, and Italy, shipping fees are waived in full for orders totaling $59 USD or more. Orders under $59 USD will incur a $10 USD shipping charge according the actual situation.
  • Current product prices include applicable statutory VAT rates and duties. There will be no additional charges upon delivery (subject to adjustments based on actual relevant policies).
  • Please note: We currently do not ship to P.O. Box addresses or military restricted areas within these countries.
